Yes Sylvia, Elizabeth was married to William Stanfield, he died left three children then married Semei his brother who had Thirza and a few others.

Yes I also should have mentioned that 25 is the correct age on the census.

vancouver is very like the UK ... about 5C warmer in summer and 5C colder in winter, and wet wet wet ....... the geographical area is officially Temperate Rain Forest!!


But go about 50 or 60 km inland, and you're into the snow and colder temperatures.

I am getting carried away and forgetting the census you have been sending through, both of you are on the ball and sending me the 1901 Census and yes this time they are the correct ones. I think I will have to give the 1891 a miss, for some reason it does not want to be found.

Don't get me wrong Ozi, I am happy with some rain too, I hate the hot weather but so far we are getting too much of it don't you think!
I only commented to my husband the other day how lovely and green peoples lawns are which at this time of the year is most unusual.
You chose the wrong year to go to England, my sister lives there and I heard that last year wasn't good at all, they have given it to us.

We went to the UK last year for June, July & August. For the 60 odd days we spent in England 54 were rain!

It looks like the M in M J H has been crossed out. Looking at Thirza's 22, I'd say JH is 25 - correct?

You might not believe it but yes I am in Oz and I am complaining about the rain, it has been horendous for us January and this month. Usually we are worrying about fires and in Queensland we have floods would you believe.
