Many thanks I have most of this, especially up to 1914, was just hoping there might be somebody out there from Ernests side of the family, that we might reconnect? there was a big rift about then and Ernest was never mentioned in my fathers family but dad never knew why!?

The deaths (and everything else :-)) seem to be spot on.
When Rose Annie dies in 1966-probate to David Stretton WHITEHEAD (textile manager).

I don't like getting close to the 100 year rule but it's fairly easy using FreeBMD to figure out the daughter's name.
