There is a public tree in ancestry that has Henry William Reynolds married to Ann Hitchcock:

In 1875 his address is 51 Elizabeth Street, Bethnal Green in the electoral registers.

Unfortunately there is no mention of any children.

Ann Hitchcock's birth is stated as 27 August 1846 in Mile End New Town, Stepney.

I have found, in ancestry, a baptism at St Matthias, for a child of Henry William Reynolds, Hatter, and his wife Ann, of 20 Elizabeth Street, Bethnal Green:
Amelia, 28 January 1872,
plus Caroline, 6 February 1870, at 8 Pelham Street,
Ann Harriet, b 30 August, baptised 27 September 1868, 3 Pelham Street.

The only snippet I can offer is that one of the witnesses on the marriage cert for William John and Ellen Trattle is a C or could be an E Reynolds. Could be Caroline.

It seems strange that all the othe children of Henry W and Ann are baptised.

I can't find any trace of William J prior to 1891. The post of K has Eliza a widow aged 30 so that would have made her 15 years when she had William J. Wonder when she became a widow and who the father of the other child is.

This is Albert T with Eliza. No William John but living in the same area from here William J married Ellen.

It is possible that he was told who his father was but that information may not have been correct.

I can't search at the moment but is it possible that Eliza the "widow" was the sister of Henry ?

Edit - Just checked and Henry did have a siste Eliza but she was born in 1841

Whilst having a trawl came across this. Henry is a Hatter. Can't find a marriage.
Wonder if he had William J with Margaret prior to m to Ann in 1867.

I'll take another look at that Henry and Margaret. Had to leave it to go to the shops. See if they turn up in later years together.
