You can contact them at [email protected]
BUT you may be better of by saving the platinum sub and use it on something like Ancestry, Find my past or The Genealogist. Most of the researchers on here use those as the records on platinum are from Find my past where you can get more records.

I was a a platinum member, My husband buys this as I am not very good on computer. I had to renew & as he is in hospital, I think I pressed the wrong button & got Standard. How do I change this to platinum? I could not find anyway of contacting genes Glynis
