Contact them via email at [email protected] A reply will not be quick (3-5 working days is the usual).

The two organisations have to be run separately as that was a condition when FMP was allowed to take over GR.

It is not usually worth putting anything on this board as GR no longer use it and members only look at it occasionally. Use the General-Chat board for a quick response by members.

why do I have accounts with Genes reunited and findmypast why not a joint account?
Why so difficult to contact FAQ does not have options and there is no support option to ask so posted here.
