yes just like that. OK I feel better knowing someone else has the same issue. I hate that the credits expire too, I should be able to keep them for life once I have paid for them. |

well that sucks. Do you know why there are a load of credits showing up on my account that I have never paid for? It says I had 210 last year, but I wasn't charged and didn't use any. |

I am a standard member and am supposed to get 50 free credits. I just tried to access a military record and was told I had to buy credits. I haven't used any of my free ones. |
