OK, I give up! Have been staring at the 'contact us' screen for ages and I don't see where or how to get support. (mind you some years ago when I tried I never got a reply anyway despite several reminders - gedcom file is still produced with errors and I had to write a macro which fixes the file)

My problem now is that for quite some time whenever I update details when using the tree (yes I do press save, been using the site for years) they do not save. If I go to 'full profile' they appear there, but if I forget and later go back to the same record and save a further update, then the original updates get lost.

To be honest I think this is really my last year with this site anyway - I find the searching far more un-intuitive than it has ever been, and often get confused. Hot matches don't seem to work as well as they did either. Pity really, used to love GR.

Not being able to find out how to contact support is probably the last straw. No doubt it is there somewhere, but frankly why should it be that hard to find?

Oh, and one final moan. I pay a lot to use this service and don't see why I should be pestered by bike ads just because I looked at a bike shop on line.
