more clearly in the menu?.

There are regular queries on the boards as to how and where a direct email link to support can be found, or where to access the FAQs and advice on trees etc.

These queries are put mainly by newish members who have not spotted the 'HELP' sandwiched as it is between 'account' and board name.

I think it would be better placed in the main menu across the top in BOLD. I'd suggest putting it where 'News' currently is, being next to 'Search' it would seem the logical place. :-D

I'd go a stage further and suggest the entire line is re-worked, that is

Gifts . Upgrade . Pay Per View . Account . Help . Inspector Green Pen . Standard Member . Sign Out

a) the size and font is out of keeping with the rest of the page

and

b) there is plain text i.e. name and member type, mixed up with what are supposed to be menu selection buttons.
