Well GR has been pretty good for me and I haven't seen as many error messages
as other members have but I can understand their frustration. I have been trying to work on my family tree on Ancestry today and not having much luck.

Went into my contacts and put a name in the filter box and the error message appeared.

PLEASE DO NOT: ask me for help with lookups as they should be placed on the boards to get the best possible result. PLEASE DO NOT: open your tree just because I have posted information on your thread as I will not be related. THANK YOU. Researching Carter, Cass and Walker in England. Researching Caven, McKill, Sutherland and Will in Scotland.

My Threads is usually OK for me ............... all fingers and toes crossed that I haven't jinxed myself now :-)


I estimate that I get the Error message 50-60% of the time when submitting posts on threads


and it is obvious that others are also getting it from the number of double, or even triple, postings that are appearing, as well as comments on various threads.

The most regular error message I have noticed occurs when one clicks on 'my threads'......which totally defeats the objective of having the option

We advise new board users to click on the option to find their 'lost' threads.................waste of time in most instances.

I jave been getting error messages when trying to contact the Support Team thru the site.

Click on preview of message brings up error message after error message.

Yes, I am quite well aware that there have been threads galore on the ERROR message when submitting a reply to a thread


It seemed to have been sorted, except for the occasional slip back


BUT



I have just submitted THREE messages in about 10 minutes ........... all went to the ERROR message


Last Monday night, about half of the replies I tried to post went to ERROR.


Please, please, do not tell me that we have reverted to the situation when everything was ERROR, ERROR, ERROR!



I still have 4 months left in my sub ........... I would like to have effective use for posting replies to threads, as that is what I do on this site.
