Hello Lesley, I have spoken to the customer support team. I know you have already been in touch with them today. They are going to refund the renewal and will be in touch to let you know when it has all gone through. |

I wrote to GR last year telling them i didn't want to renew my subscription (platinum membership) as I found the whole site a waste of time!.. I'm Scottish and can't get access to any records. I never did get a reply from any messages (4 of) sent to them. Now I find this morning my annual subscription has been taken from my bank without prior warning... To say I'm furious is an understatement and want to talk to someone about it but I can't find a number anywhere, I've tried messaging them but as before will probably not receive a reply!! any suggestion what I can do??
