Lorraine, have you pressed the Save button when you have entered data? If you can't see the Save button, scroll down and if it is still not visible change the screen magnification to 75%. |

I HAVE PAYED SUBSCRIPTION TO THIS SITE FOR AT LEAST 3YEARS AND ITS VERY DISAPPIONTING> I AM FED UP OF HAVING TO RE-ENTER NAMES AND CENSUS RECORDS THAT VANISH ON A REGULAR BASIS. |
