Error mess. when attaching to tree. Also printing

Hi all I am getting an error message every time I try and attach a doc to my tree. When I am on a role I end up logging in about 20 times a night. I am beginning to think I should have gone with ancestry.

Can anyone tell me how to stop this.

Also is there a way of copying my tree so I can print it?

Their are several problems with the new tree on GR you could try the old one

hover your mouse over Family tree top left, then select use old tree,

you could also contact GR support
