Worldwide site? or not?

Hello all,

My understanding is that GR is a site frequently used worldwide & has paid up members & ppv searchers 24/7.

A 24/7 world wide access provider should be staffed 24/7. Is this too much to ask?

Reading through the boards it seems as though the biggest complaint overall is users having problems, seeking the help you state you provide but getting no response or generic responses. These are seldom of any use. It may be boring for the staff answering what seems like the same question very frequently but surely this is your job description. We all have different levels of experience on this site & we would welcome staff recognising & acknowledging this.

Users speak with their fingers/feet & in spite of many excellent features available on GR users can only take so much in the way of problems.
Please can we have some change before we lose so many wonderful free helpers & fellow users?
