The problem is not the T&C or the guidelines the problem is that these rules are being used and abused to stop any one saying some thing that is a perfectly reasonable response when debating or chatting in general on a subject |

And, it's not just fouling the T's and C's that you can get rr'd for, there are also the guidelines for message board posting that can catch you out. |

No there isn't any proof but it stands to reason that a paid account would be less likely to jeopardise their membership by reporting maliciously than one that was throwaway x |
