E mail alerts for PMs sorted I hope

I know there were some threads on this but I can't find them. I am getting really fed up with not knowing I have PMs until I go on the boards. Up until a week or so ago I always received alerts so what had happened to them?

I thought that Genes had sorted out the previous problem.

I have not had any recent problems with non advice and am wondering if yours might be connected with your ISP Server
.
Have you checked your SPAM filter and have you the Genes Address in your Approved Contacts list?

Yes and yes Jeremy and had no problem with this before even when others did.

edit: Well when I checked my spam before they were not in there but today they are so I apologise Jeremy. Wonder why they have recently started to go into spam
