Sometimes it seems to be other people who mark the thread as answered (I suppose because they have added a reply) - even though the original poster's question hasn't been answered at all. |

Perhaps I'm wrong then but I thought that if the original poster had marked something as answered then the green box that appears round the post would be round one of the original posters replies, but it is often round someone else's replies - as in this thread:- |

On the couple of occasions I have posted a thread of my own I believe I could mark any post as answered...either my one or any reply |

In that case Jax it seems I am wrong, but it does go to prove that Flick is right in saying that people need to be told exactly how the system is meant to work - or get rid of it altogether. |
