Printing off my family tree

Have try to print off my tree for the last 3 weeks, keep getting blank sub page with no printing info, have tried printing something else from site with the same blank printing page.
Genes did say they was updating there system, but still unable to print.
Using windows 7 and i have ran a fully system update and running all new updates.
Has anyone eles having a problem printing from this site, or have any suggestions in what to do ????:-| :-| :-| :-| :-|

There is some discussion of the problem on this thread. I believe there was another thread in which you were advised to contact Genes support.

Yes i have contacted genes support, but still no good.

It seems to be that an IE incompatibility could be the cause, not your OS. As it has been reported GR are working on the problem, you need to give them some time to deal with it.

Otherwise, in the meantime, you could try using Google Chrome as suggested by Ken on one of the other threads.
