Printing off my family tree

Have try to print off my tree for the last 3 weeks, keep getting blank sub page with no printing info, have tried printing something else from site with the same blank printing page. |

There is some discussion of the problem on this thread. I believe there was another thread in which you were advised to contact Genes support. |

It seems to be that an IE incompatibility could be the cause, not your OS. As it has been reported GR are working on the problem, you need to give them some time to deal with it. |
