I keep getting no response for Daniel Elward , who was born 1852 according to his birth certificate in Cardiff. What is going on here? He must be on birth, marriage, death certificate and census. Can you explain? Thank you. His mother was Elizabeth formerly Phillips and his father waas Evan Elward a shoemaker. |
