I recently subscribed to a Platinum Account...but when I try to view original documents for the 1901 Census, I get told that I haven't got the right type of Adobe Viewer. I have tried a number of times to download the correct software from the links on the webpage...and am told that its been successfully installed, yet I still can't see the documents from the 1901 Census. |

I think the problem might be that your browser is not set up to open pdf files within a web page. |
