	Please can this be amended to accept basic HTML formatting? Even just carriage returns would do. At the moment any text I'm inputting in to the notes field, despite the paragraphs/sections I organise the notes in to, all gets clumped up in to one big paragraph upon submission. THis makes the notes quite difficult to then review later.
	Researching: Greenwood, Carrol, Loney, Mercer, Burns, Verdon. More recently in/around Cheshire/Lancashire
