From what you say, that is the standard GR timeout message - wording not really very helpful. Phil has previously mentioned it was happening because a particular process was taking too long. To fix it GR were upgrading servers to make things faster and also increasing the timeout delay so it would try a bit longer before giving up, but it sounds as though there are still some problems. |
