:-S. After having a week or more with no GR site available now I notice we can't access the hot matches. I was given a credit to look up things by way of compensation but that is no use as I already subscribe to other sites for that. AN extension to my membership period of GR would have been more useful! |

We have just fixed the hot matches issue, and I have checked your account and it all looks OK to me and I can access all the hotmatches. (This does not necessarily mean that you can - I am trying to eliminate the possible causes) |

We identified another error in the hot matches displayed on the website, relating to the performance enhancements we did two weeks ago. It was still showing details of old hot matches where one or both of the two linked relations were now deleted. This should trim the summary for some people, and should leave only those that you can still see details for. |
