Merging of duplicate threads

Could duplicate threads be merged to prevent duplicate searches for the same information. Also if each thread has additional information,which is different to each other, merging will mean the best help can be given. |

Sorry TootyFruity and Joy. I'm going to kick myself. This now looks like a duplicate thread since I changed the title of the other, and that was not my intention. Since this is shorter and I cannot merge or transfer yet, I am going to lock this to prevent two threads escalating at same time. |
