delighted to have made contact with members of my dear late husband's direct family for over twenty years ...by contact with Linda Pyke (nee Foot). It has been a great pleasure to put my eldest grandson Wesley into contact with her via Genes Reunited..he has not heard back yet but I am sure he will. Wesley is the main keeper of the Foot and Windsor archives and Genes Reunited. He is very clever at it far better than myself. Linda has asked me to keep in touch and notified me of her siblings families -my husband would have been chuffed. As one grows older I think it becomes more important to know of one's background and of relatives. It gives s broader sense of continuity of life. Thank you Linda and thank you Genes Reunited.
