Re-united with half-sister!

I would just like to say a BIG Thank you to GR and all its members. A couple of years ago I put a message on the boards asking for info on my half-sister. I knew very little about her, but through GR we found each other. The first and only time I had seen her was when she was about 2 years old and I was about 21yrs. Yesterday My brother and I finally got to meet our half-sister, we spent 4-5 hours chatting over a meal and a few drinks and it was lovely. We now plan to spend some time together at xmas so that she can meet the rest of her family and her 4 new nieces. It will be an ever better xmas now that we have found each other. Thank you everyone. don't ever give up! |
