Elsie Hall has been found!

I would like to say a big thank you to all those GR members who put forward suggestions as to how to find Elsie Hall's birth certificate. Without your guidance I would still be looking for this lady. If only I had written to the appropriate local record office in the first place I would have saved myself a fortune. (This has been a learning curve for me.)
I had a birth date and an idea where she was born but couldn't find the appropriate reference for the GRO in Southport. Never in a million years did I ever think of doing something so simple as to write to the local RO. I did just that and I have a birth certificate. It arrived today. It's taken months and months to find.
So once again thank you for all your help.
