For years I have been searching for the family of my Dad's eldest brother Harold Williams. I knew his other nine brothers and sisters but nothing of Harold. Harold left a 1WW diary which I had to send to the Imperial War Museum having failed to find any of his nine children [my 1st cousins] Decided to search for his children, some of whose names I knew and started with Eric Williams. On Sunday last through GR I contacted all those with Eric in their trees and lo and behold on Sunday afternoon I was contacted by Eric's son!! Eric had sadly died last year but I have now met his widow and two sons and best of all they live about five miles away from me. We shall keep in touch now forever and I would say to anyone looking for a Williams, it may be a needle in haystack job but this is proof it can be done!! Thanks Genes Reunited.
