I wish to thank all the GR members that have helped me with my research. By sharing your knowledge you have made it possible for me to finally find my half brother after 20+ years of searching.

I contacted him for the first time 3 weeks ago. Someone must be watching over us as by coincidence he was due to come to Sydney so we had the chance to meet within a week of our first phone conversation.

I could not possibly put into words what this has meant to us. He was never aware of me prior to my contact, he was literally moved to tears to find out that he was no longer an only child (both parents have passed away). For me I finally feel whole (if that makes sense) and no longer feel like the black sheep as we are so much alike.

I finally have my brother that I have longed to meet who is as wonderful as I have always imagined, and he has a sister and a niece and nephew that he is quickly learning to dote on lol

Many thanks again to everyone.
