hi all, my story is a little bit differant, and i wanted to share this story with you all, after being on genes for 2 yrs and other sites, and finding loads of people who were related to me somehow,i got a bit of a shock a couple of nights ago, a young man emailed me , i had been looking for a family belonging my gt gt grandad patrick whelan from tipperary, irl, for about a yr,when , i got this email out the blue, the young man was a part of my family, and knows all these that were born in the 1800s, how can that be i asked myself, he gave me names of his grandad, and so on, all rang a bell, i could not believe,it, then after a few emails he told me, he is 93yrs young next month, and uses a cp, how wonderful he has found me, i am 60 next month, and we are now passing emails ,and i hope to find out things about some of my old family, most people would never be able to,if you know what i meen, i think it is wonderful, he knew my greats, how good is that, regards jean
