JEAN MARGARET BURNS has been found - within hours of searching on this site. After 30 years of wondering, half hearted searches - all based in Australia and confined to Australia, I thought I might be able to find some distant relative if I searched her birth record.... Insead, I found 2 sisters, a brother and my own birth mother - all living in England - We are all blown away. IT IS AN ASTONISHING SHOCK TO THE SYSTEM when you find who you are looking for. I had never anticipated such a reaction! You are literally unearthing people's buried secrets sometimes. In my case a wonderfully accepting family who I now have the opportunity to get to know.
