Vanessa Hillman .. I have been able to find out that i have family living that are cousins to my mother and to me on both sides of my family.the nicest thing is that i am able to e-mail them as penpals.I have also found on the Miles side of the family a small church in Heyshott that has a stain glass window to the men who lost their lives in the first world war and the name of a family mwmber is included,as is his grave and so of his brother. The people of the village got together and wrote a book about their village and on looking throught this i found that the name of David Miles was mention many times and there was also a very good picture of himself. |
