I would just like to thank loads of people on GR who have been so helpful to me in the research of our family tree, in particular Clare Weatherley, Jeannette Goldsmith, Stuart Tanfield (long lost cousin), Dorothy Kerr, Tim Wright, Ronald Howe, Anthony Dunkley and William Anderson. Without these people I probably would not have gone much past the 1900's. I have found their help and support to be second to none and it has spurred me on to delve and dig even deeper to expand the tree. Thanks to some of these people I now have photographs of ancestors to match the names. This site is wonderful and so welcoming to new people who are not sure where to start or how to go about finding someone. Keep up the good work, its vital we do not forget those that have gone before us. Chris Bowden |
