I suspected that I might have half brothers and/or sisters some time ago, but only recently confirmed this. Then, by advertising on the notice board for descendants of the only half brother who survived infancy, John William Spall, I received a message from his youngest daughter, and found that she had two sisters and I now have an additional seven great -nieces and nephews and a great-great nephew!
