Hi I am Margaret that was searching for a relative in Australia named Starling, well the great news is that a few hours after adding to your 'Trying to Find' board, I got an e mail from Australia from a lady named Valerie that very kindly looked the Starling name up for me in Aus and then gave the gentleman that I was searching for a call, and great excitement he was the correct person connected to our family here in England. He was so thrilled that a member of his English relatives was trying to trace his family, there are lots of them. I would like to thank GenesReunited for this wonderful opportunity for me to be in touch for the very first time with this side of our family. I was told about the 3 ancesters that Emigrated to Ausralia many many years ago but when I was young it was just a story and I have always wondered about it all. A Big Thank You to the lovely friendly lady named Valerie in Aus that took the trouble to help in my trace, I will keep in touch with her too although she is not connected to our family Bless Her. An excited and grateful Margaret. |
