Thank you GR for the innovative Hot Matches. Today I received yet another definite family match - number nine so far this year. Since joining this site I have corresponded with fantastic and generous people who are more than willing to help and exchange information. I would like to especially mention Becky, Keith, Bridget, Pauline H, Marlene, Marjorie and Pauline S. We have all had a great time exchanging information and in some cases photographs and documents and this will no doubt continue. I am pleased to say that I have been able to help broaden their research in some cases, even though I live in Australia. These valuable contacts have not only helped time-wise but also monetarily as it costs a lot to obtain certified documents, as we all know. Thank you again and I will recommend this site to anyone who wants to explore their family history. Regards Janice |
