i joined gr sept 2005,within 24 hrs i had been in contact with my wifes relatives in new zealand,our niece who was searching for us in the uk had been on the site for three years.we met up in auckland in november on a touring holiday which had been planned for over two years,we also visited australia,we had an idea the family concerned was still in those areas but did not know how to find them. i have had little sucsess finding my own reatives here in england but i hope to achieve a breakthrough soon. i have to say from experience of this site that it works well when sosomeone else is also looking for your info but can be frustrating just hammering away without dates etc. i will stay with it and see it through.thanks GR |
