Thanks to Genes United I have just had the best experience. After research by myself and family members unknown to me overseas, I now have a new extended family in the UK. I have been very fortunate to find members of my birth family including biological mother as well as knowledge of paternal background. In August I travelled to the UK and had a very special time meeting my mother, brothers, a niece, nephews and cousins. It has been a wonderful experience which has added a whole new dimension to my life - one which after well over 50 years since I was born, I never expected to have - thankyou so much. |
