I only joined about two weeks ago. My grandfather died in wellington bomber that crashed in 1941. Within a couple of days I had managed to trace the step-daughter of one of the crew who survived the crash and the son of a man who tried to rescue another member of the crew. I had had their names for 5 years, but had given up hope of finding out anything about these men. |
