Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 1 Send Message	A member of GR contacted me to say he had purchased a family bible in an auction thinking it contained the names of his ancestors. When he discovered they were not his family, he entered the head of family name into GR and a connection was made with me. The bible was started in 1812 by my 3 greats grandfather and the GR member kindly sold it to me for his auction price. I am delighted to have this valuable piece of family history which would never have come my way without GR. David Kennedy
