I put my name into genes reunited about 6 weeks ago to see if i could trace any relatives of my husbands, the next day i got an email saying i had a hot match, they had defenetly found a member of my family, i was in thier family tree.The tree owner was called Michael, in the pit of my stomach i knew who it was but couldnt believe it could be true.He then sent me an email to see if he could see my family tree i had not done one by this time so i quickly did one and sent it.The next day it arrived an email- It is fairly obvious that you are my daughter- i couldnt believe it my dad i had not seen for 31 years since i was 2.He lived not to far he has had a very good life i have met him twice now and we are starting to build a relationship. thanx to genes reunited |
