I had been searching for my Dad's side of the family but with the family being SMITH it was proving to be difficult!! However the one fact I was certain of was my Grandmothers date and place of her death so I worked back from that and eureka! because her father had such an unusual name...Liecester Tivisden Pemble.. I have found a long lost branch of our family, and am eagerly awaiting photos of my paternal Grandfather and also my Great Grandparents!! It seem so silly being so excited at my age(62) but I feel like a kid waiting for Father Xmas!!My Dad is 92 and he is soon going to be in touch with a niece he hasn't seen or heard from in40 years! This web site must be the best source of happiness for virtually free ....well done!
