It took me months to trace a couple of branches of my family tree and I was quite proud of myself. Then I was contacted by a fellow GR member. His Grandfather was my Grandmother's brother. Neither of us knew the other existed. We exchanged info and today I had a look at his tree. There are over 500 names on it and I thought I was so clever with about 100 plus a few 'living' family. All I can say is 'Go for it' to anyone who is curious about ancestors, there are millions of them out there. Thanks GR and thanks to Steve. (Hope you enjoyed Kos). |
