I have been looking into my Mogg family relatives who I knew came from Somerset. I looked up on a map the village where my 3X great grandfather was born and looked for Mogg's in the immediate area. The first person I contacted turned out to be decended from his brother! The lady had also researched the family back to 1534 and very kindly passed her research onto me.
