I have been a member of Genes Reunited for a couple of years now and have contacted 1000's of people with my surname with no success.My wifes family on the other hand I have had brilliant success and made a number of contacts from members of her family around the UK.. This was until a very nice Lady offered to do a look up on my grandfather for me as she was visiting the city where the records were held.On her return she sent me a message and now I can go back to the mid 1800's and have plenty to work on so myside of the tree looks a bit healthier compared to my wifes.. That lady was a lady called LizR and I would like to thank her for her help and time.. THANK YOU!! |
