It turned out our ancestors were siblings (in New Zealand) and she provided me with all the information she'd already tracked down going right back to the 1700's. She has saved me an enormous amount of work, and I'll share anything more I can find with her. I was so excited I was tingling when I saw that line of my family tree filled in, especially going so far back in time!!!
