Hi I joined Genes a few months ago and have found the folk on this site so helpfull its unreal. Within weeks people had helped me to to get started by finding me information on my family going back to the 1850s. Thats all I needed from then on I found relatives in Australia !! Resulting in two new penpals !! Then on the Hot Matches found a second cousin that I new nothing about, we'v had a lovely get together, great. All my adult life I'v been looking for my step brother. Along came Sheila who found out everything that I needed to know. So now its a waiting game to see if he also wants contact. What more do you need from a site, a lovely lot of people who are all about helping each other. Thanks everyone !!! |
