Since joining Genes I have unravelled a family of 21 children, born to one father and 2 wives both dying in their 40's. He was a sort of family legend and details were minor, but after a contact was made on here, the picture grew clearer and I went to town on contacting as many descendants as possible-the contact turned out to be the 21st born child and he was born 42 years after my great grandmother who was the first born in 1889. What is incredible is that this man is in his 70's and his father was born in 1865 !!,and he coincidentally lives down the road from me. From getting more details I have made contact with newly found 2nd cousins locally and in Australia. |
