Just a little over 24 hours after putting a thread on the general board, saying I wanted to reunite a photo of an American soldier from WW2 with any descendents I have now got the address of his widow, thanks to one of our American members who found her in the phone book and spoke to her. She is 80 and has no children but will pass the photo on to his favourite niece. I am over the moon. Huia from New Zealand.
