Here is another success story. My friend has finally found her half brother. She last saw him 48 years ago and was forbidden from identifying herself. He never knew about his father’s previous family. In one phone call he has gained one half sister and two half brothers. I would like to thank all those who answered my messages, albeit with no family ties. The real BIG THANK YOU needs to go to Deborah who so kindly checked other records and actually identified him and his whereabouts including a telephone number. How happy she has made those involved. As my friend said when I told her I had his details “ ooohh aaaah I am all choked up.” Long may deeds of kindness prevail. Surely ‘the truth’ is the best way in life. |
