I have been searching for the descendants of a 'lost' member of the family from the 1850's for 35 years now. With information from a 'sister' site and then being able to construct my tree for a wider audience to see, I have been able to make contact with three members of the 'lost' family. What a wonderful site this is. It has allowed great advances for genealogical researchers in being able to make real contacts with unknown family members no matter where they are. Well done. |
